Return items unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging where possible.
Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service.
We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking your return (or of you showing proof of postage, whichever comes first). The refund covers the price of your items, not the standard delivery cost.
For hygiene reasons we cannot take back jewellery, underwear, swimwear and certain active wear.
