If you are unhappy with a purchase online please see below.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Once your goods are received by us and are approved to be returned to stock, you will be issued with a refund within 7 working days. Your refund will include the amount paid for your items and in the same method as payment. Please note we are not responsible for a return until it is received in store. We do recommend registering the return so it can be tracked.
Please note that any customs duty that must be paid is the customer's responsibility. Items which are returned to us and require a duty to be paid will be refused.
Please note you will not be refunded for shipping charges.
The above policy applies to all purchases made on our online store. Items purchased in store can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 working days.
All items purchased during a promotion or discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or given credit for.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange jewellery, underwear, swimwear and certain active wear.
