Terms & Conditions

By using and accessing this website you are deemed to have accepted our Terms & Conditions and are over 18 years of age. We reserve the right to change them at any time. Our Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by the laws and jurisdictions of Ireland.

Pricing

Prices are inclusive of VAT and exclude postage costs. Due to the number of products on our website, pricing errors may occur. If you order a product that is incorrectly priced we reserve the right to cancel your order or process your order after notifying you of the price change. We are not obligated to provide the product to you at the incorrect price, even if we have sent you a confirmation e-mail.

 

Placing your order

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by you for any reason. All orders are subject to stock availability. We will e-mail you to confirm the acceptance and dispatch of your order. 

 

Payment

No order will be processed until payment is made in full. Only one promotion code may be used per order. We accept the following methods of payment; Laser, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Please note, that the delivery address for your order will automatically default to your billing address. You will have the option to change this before completing your order.

 Privacy

All of your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Information given by you should be true and accurate, current and complete. It is your responsibility alone to maintain the confidentiality of your login details.

Cancelling your Order

You may be liable for all postage costs if your item has already been dispatched. Please e-mail us at info@amari.ie stating that you would like to cancel your order. 

We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason at our own discretion. Please refer to our REFUND POLICY for details 

 

Returns

All returns/refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.  Please note that we have no control over the time it takes your bank to process the monies back into your account. Once the refund has been done by us it is up to your own bank to process the monies. 

 

Disclaimer

Product colours may not accurately display on your monitor. This should not be regarded as a fault. In addition, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions on this website. We will not be held responsible if your order cannot be processed due to extreme circumstances, such as an Act of God or extreme weather conditions.

In addition, we will not be held accountable for any postal delays which may delay your order.
